ANKYLOSAURUS
85 MILLION YEARS AGO
CRETACEOUS PERIOD
NORTH AMERICA
ARMORED DINOSAUR

The Armored Dinosaur (Ankylosaurus) was one of  the last three
Prehistoric scenes issued by Aurora, in 1974.

The build quality is superb and it has movable head, tail, club and
legs. The Aurora issue comes with a two part base, which links to
the Allosaurus two part base and also the Three horned, or Spiked
Dinosaur bases.

The later Monogram and Revell reissues come with only a single
base part, although an excellent resin replica is available.

The Armored Dinosaur is highly sought after in all its forms.
